James White, Partner

James White is the founder of JSW Law Group. He focuses his practice on real estate, estate planning and probate, criminal and municipal matters.

Before founding the firm, Mr. White served as an attorney for the New Jersey State Legislature and as Deputy Chief of Staff to the ranking member of the Appropriations Committee and the Financial Institutions & Insurance Committee. In that role, he played a key part in drafting and advancing S414, the Safer Schools Act—widely regarded as a model reform for protecting students.

Mr. White is a graduate of The Pingry School, earned a B.A. in political science from the College of the Holy Cross, and received his J.D. from Rutgers Law School.
